My stay at Premier Inn Hinckley had its ups and downs. While the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly when they moved my room to the ground floor due to my back issue, the overall cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas left something to be desired. The location by the canal was lovely, providing a serene setting for walks, which I enjoyed. However, the condition of my room was disappointing, as it felt very under-furnished and chilly when I first arrived.
